abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a highly water-repellent substance which can be manufactured by a simple process and has high water repellency. The present invention is characterized by having a polymer substrate having fine irregularities on the surface and a water repellent layer formed on the polymer substrate by a gas phase method.
