titleOfInvention | Treatment method and equipment for coating wastewater |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a method for treating coating wastewater which does not require pH adjustment, has good coagulation state and quality of treated water, and can perform excellent dehydration treatment. A method for treating coating wastewater, comprising adding a formalin condensate of a sulfonated aromatic compound to a coating wastewater, adding a polymer flocculant, and then mechanically dewatering the coating wastewater. As a formalin condensate of an aromatic compound, a compound obtained by formalin condensation of a sulfonated phenol or a sulfonated bisphenol A alone is preferably used in an amount of 10 to 500 ppm added to wastewater, and a polymer flocculant to be used. Any known cationic, amphoteric, nonionic or anionic polymer flocculant or a mixture thereof can be used, and a known centrifuge can be used for dehydration. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
