abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a molded article which is required for pillows, cushions, mats, etc., has high air permeability, is stable in shape, has good water permeability and good water absorption, and a molding method therefor. SOLUTION: A cutting granulation step of granulating the foamed resin elastic body into a predetermined size at normal temperature using a cutting means, and a urethane prepolymer as a binder is added to the elastic granules 11 obtained in the step. A step of arranging a polyurethane sheet prepared in advance on the lower mold contact surface side, a step of filling the elastic granules 11 containing the urethane prepolymer, and placing the upper mold with the polyurethane sheet covered on the upper part.
