titleOfInvention Method for measuring nucleic acid and data analysis method obtained by the method
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a method for detecting a target nucleic acid with higher accuracy by using a nucleic acid probe and a target nucleic acid that are labeled with different fluorescent dyes, and with high reproducibility. When a target nucleic acid is hybridized with a probe nucleic acid when both a probe nucleic acid and a target nucleic acid are labeled with a fluorescent dye that causes fluorescence resonance energy transfer and are reacted to form a hybrid. The fluorescence intensity value of the reaction system is corrected based on the fluorescence intensity value of the unhybridized probe nucleic acid, the fluorescence intensity value of the target nucleic acid alone, and the fluorescence intensity value of the target nucleic acid by fluorescence resonance energy transfer.
