titleOfInvention | Self-sacrifice type metal anticorrosive and metal anticorrosion method |
abstract | It is an object of the present invention to provide a metal anticorrosion coating and a metal anticorrosion method which do not cause environmental pollution and exhibit excellent self-sacrifice type anticorrosion and conductivity. An aqueous emulsion of a water-insoluble thermoplastic resin is mixed with a water-soluble rust inhibitor, a surfactant, and a thickener, and one or two metal powders having a greater ionization tendency than the metal to be treated. The treatment liquid in which the above is dispersed is adhered to the surface of the metal to be treated and subjected to a heat treatment. The metal powders are bound to each other by a melt of the water-insoluble thermoplastic resin particles in the aqueous emulsion, but since the thermoplastic resin particles are small, the metal powders are tightly bound, and thus the resulting metal anticorrosive coating is It has good conductivity. |
