An object of the present invention is to provide a laminate capable of obtaining good adhesion without using an adhesive when forming a heat seal layer by an extrusion lamination method, and a method for producing the same. A biaxially stretched polyester film is provided on at least one side with a resin layer comprising a mixture of a polyolefin resin (A) and a polyester resin (B) and having a mass ratio of 90/10 to 20/80. A film laminate. An aqueous dispersion obtained by mixing the aqueous dispersions of the above resins (A) and (B) such that the resin mass ratio is (A) / (B) = 90/10 to 20/80 is formed on at least one side of a polyester film.
