abstract | [PROBLEMS] To provide excellent interlayer adhesion between an ethylene-based resin layer and a crystalline polypropylene-based resin layer, strong heat seal strength and pressure resistance, excellent gloss, transparency, and rigidity, and excellent balance between cost and performance. Provide packaging materials. A laminate comprising the following resin (A) laminated on a base material, and the following resin layer (B) laminated on the surface of the resin layer (A) by melt extrusion lamination. (A) Resin layer: A layer of an ethylene-based resin mainly composed of an ethylene / α-olefin copolymer which is polymerized using a metallocene catalyst and has characteristic physical properties (MFR, density, heat of fusion). (B) Resin layer: a propylene-based polymer mainly composed of a propylene / α-olefin copolymer polymerized using a metallocene catalyst and having specific physical properties (MFR, melting peak temperature, extraction temperature difference, molecular weight).
