titleOfInvention | Molding wire harness and molding die |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to improve a resin for molding a group of electric wires so that each part of a wire harness has a required function. A large number of electric wires are branched from a concentrated branching portion, and a group of electric wires are inserted into a groove of a molding die except for the vicinity of a connector at a terminal of these branched electric wires, and the wiring is formed by resin molding. A molding wire harness, in which grooves formed in a molding die are filled with a resin having rigidity after curing (such as non-foamed urethane) and filled with a resin having elasticity after curing (such as urethane foam). By narrowing the groove width at the boundary of the part to form a bottleneck part and preventing the resin filled in the groove of the predetermined area from flowing into the groove of the other area, the concentrated branch part of the wire harness is hardened After being molded with a rigid resin to have the required hardness and strength, the branched electric wires are molded with an elastic resin after curing to form a bendable wire harness.
