SOLUTION: Dimming layers 51, 52, 53 are sequentially stacked from the external light incident side. The light control layers 51, 52, and 53 reflect blue, green, and red light when the incident angle of external light is 0 °. A color filter layer 81 that absorbs blue light and transmits green light and red light is provided between the light control layers 51 and 52. A color filter layer 82 that absorbs blue light and green light and transmits red light is provided between the light control layers 52 and 53. Due to the large external light incident angle, the reflection wavelength band of the light control layer 52 shifts to the blue wavelength band side, and even if the reflection wavelength band of the light control layer 53 shifts to the green wavelength band, the light control layer The blue light is reflected by the light control layer 52, and the green light and the blue light are not reflected by the light control layer 53.
