Reagent for diagnosing active tuberculosis / active mycobacteriosis, test plate to which this reagent is fixed, and method of diagnosing active tuberculosis / active mycobacteriosis using these reagents |
abstract |
[PROBLEMS] To be able to diagnose active tuberculosis and active MAC disease in a short time with a simple operation inspection, and to perform screening tests for mass infections, etc., confirmation of treatment effects, and other treatment stops or discharges. To provide the market with reagent kits that contribute to diagnosis such as determination. SOLUTION: 1) M.P. TDM-T separated and purified from Bovis BCG Tokyo strain. 2) M.P. TMM-T separated and purified from Bovis BCG Tokyo strain. 3) M.P. TMM-I separated and purified from Avivium Complex (MAC). 4) PL-2 isolated and adjusted from Mycobacterium tuberculosis 5) M.P. GPL-core prepared by removing a serotype-specific sugar chain of GPL antigen prepared from Abidium complex. A reagent for diagnosing active tuberculosis and active mycobacteriosis, wherein each of the above antigens is separately and independently included as a kit. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
