abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a liquid material for CVD capable of preventing deposition of a metamorphic substance in a liquid material for CVD and maintaining a constant composition ratio for a long time, and a method for producing an oxide superconductor using the same. The purpose is to: SOLUTION: In a liquid material for CVD obtained by dissolving an organometallic complex in a solvent, the solvent is a mixture of tetrahydrofuran and ethylene glycol dimethyl ether in a volume ratio of 1: 1 to 9: 1.
