abstract An olefinic thermoplastic elastomer excellent in oil resistance and a molded body thereof are provided. An olefinic thermoplastic elastomer is obtained by heat-melting and kneading a graft copolymer, acrylic rubber, a crosslinking agent, and a co-crosslinking agent. The graft copolymer is composed of an olefin polymer segment formed from an α-olefin monomer and a vinyl polymer segment formed from a vinyl monomer, and one of the two segments has a particle size on the other side. The dispersed phase is formed as fine particles of 0.01 to 1 μm. The acrylic rubber can be obtained by polymerizing a monomer mixture mainly composed of methoxyethyl acrylate, acrylic acid alkyl ester, acrylonitrile and allyl methacrylate. [Selection figure] None
