This adhesive composition is obtained by mixing an aqueous emulsion 31 containing natural rubber-based fine particles 30 and a radiation-curable medium 32, heating the mixture with stirring, evaporating and removing water from the aqueous emulsion, It can be produced by replacing the medium in which the rubber-based fine particles are dispersed from water to a radiation-curable medium.
