titleOfInvention | Deodorizer and method for sludge slurry |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a low-cost and effective method for eliminating odors derived from malodorous substances such as hydrogen sulfide and methyl mercaptan generated from sludge slurries and dewatered cakes of sewage treatment plants and the like using non-chlorine and non-metal treatment agents. Provided are a deodorizing agent and a deodorizing method for a dewatered cake, which can be prevented. SOLUTION: Peroxidation characterized by suppressing the activity of microorganisms by adding a deodorant and nitrite of a sludge slurry containing nitrite and suppressing generation of odor components derived from hydrogen sulfide and methyl mercaptan. A deodorizing method for suppressing generation of odor components derived from hydrogen sulfide and methyl mercaptan without adding a substance. [Selection diagram] None |
