The present invention provides a composite chamber bag having a very simple design that does not require a separating part that can be torn or a throttle arrangement. First and second chambers 8 and 9 are separated from each other by two welded boundary zones 2 and 3 and weld seams 7 to be peeled open to hold components of the mixed solution. A medical composite chamber bag 1 having a discharge part 4 welded into the boundary zone 2. The welding seam 7 is designed so that a third chamber 10 communicating with the discharge portion 4 is formed. When the welding seam 7 is peeled open, the chambers 8 and 9 containing the components of the mixed solution are accommodated. Is formed first, and then the third chamber 10 is formed.
