titleOfInvention | Conjugates of endothelin receptor antagonists and antiepileptic compounds or analgesics with pain-relieving properties |
abstract | (57) [Summary]nThe present invention is independently selected from the group consisting of a pain-relieving effective amount of an endothelin antagonist or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and an antiepileptic compound having analgesic properties and an analgesic and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. A new compound effective for reducing pain containing 1 to 3 kinds of compounds, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same. The administration of endothelin receptor antagonists in these new conjugates can improve the frequency and severity of pain. The new conjugates described above can reduce the incidence of unwanted side effects as compared to higher doses of a single drug used to achieve the same therapeutic effect. The present invention also relates to new conjugates for the treatment of pain in mammals, including humans, and methods of using effective amounts of the pharmaceutical compositions thereof. |
