(57) [Summary]nThe present invention relates to 4'-cyano-α ', α', α'-trifluoro-3- (4-fluorophenylsulfonyl) -2-hydroxy-2-methylpropiono-m-toluidide (compound I) and analogs. It relates to a pharmaceutical product containing anastrozole, a daily dose or a dosage regimen. The invention further relates to a method for providing an anti-androgen effect and aromatase inhibition to a patient, wherein the method provides aromatase inhibition with little additional increase in circulating androgen levels. |
