abstract |
A novel stent-graft is provided. A stent-graft (10) comprising a stent frame (12) having a plurality of stents (16) joined together by monofilament yarns (22). A cover (14) of collagen with extracellular matrix component (ECM) such as small intestinal submucosa (SIS) is disposed throughout the inside and outside of the stent frame. The cover (14) is fixed to the stent frame by, for example, suturing to the stent frame at both ends of the stent frame and also at the junction of the stent body such as the eyelet (24). |
