titleOfInvention | Micromolecule separation |
abstract | (57) Abstract: The present invention relates to (a) a cathode; and (b) when an electric potential is applied between the anode and the cathode, so as to be adapted to generate an electric field in an electric field region therebetween. An anode disposed relative to the anode; (c) a separator disposed in the electric field region; and (d) a separator disposed therebetween to define a first gap volume between the anode and the separator. (E) a second limiting membrane disposed therebetween to define a second gap capacity between the cathode and the separation membrane; and (f) selection of the first and second gap capacities. An electrophoretic separation device for separating micromolecules comprising means adapted to supply a sample component to one of the selected components, wherein upon application of an electric potential, a selected separation product is removed from the sample component. Through the separation membrane and into the other of the first and second interstitial volumes to reduce micromolecules. Both can be held in one interstitial volume; relates to the separation for electrophoretic separation apparatus of the micro-molecules. |
