titleOfInvention | Method for testing functional molecular interaction and reagent for use therein |
abstract | (57) [Summary]nThe present invention provides a multiplexed assay for analyzing complex molecular interactions. Thus, the present invention relates to a method for determining the relative binding between two or more first members of a binding pair and one or more second members of a binding pair in a single assay. The present invention also relates to a method for determining the relative modulation by a modulating agent of the binding between two or more binding pairs or two or more binding complexes in a single assay. Furthermore, a method for screening one or more substances having a predetermined binding profile in a single assay, or the binding or binding between two or more first members of a binding pair and one or more second members of a binding pair Also provided are methods of screening for substances that modulate binding between members of two or more binding complexes. The present invention also relates to a set of microspheres combined with a set of cofactors, wherein the microspheres are labeled with a label specific for each cofactor of the set. |
