(57) [Summary]nThe present invention relates to an expression vector, wherein the expression vector is operably linked to a polynucleotide promoter sequence, a polynucleotide encoding a signal sequence, a polynucleotide encoding an antigen protein or peptide, a cell binding element. And a polynucleotide polyadenylation sequence. More specifically, it comprises introducing an expression vector into a cell, expressing the vector under conditions in which the antigen is secreted from the cell to produce the antigen, and endocytosing the secreted antigen into the cell. Performing an immune response directed against the antigen in a mammal, comprising the steps of: performing an antigen processing; and presenting the fragment to a receptor to elicit a T cell response. In addition, the invention relates to vaccines and methods of use. The present invention also relates to a method for identifying an epitope restricted by MHC-II. |
