(57) Abstract: A container for holding a biological fluid sample for analysis is provided, comprising a chamber (12) and a label (14). The chamber includes a plurality of features, including a first wall (26), a transparent second wall (28), and features spatially located within the chamber. The transparent second wall allows liquid samples quietly present in the chamber to be imaged through the second wall. A plurality of features, including features that are spatially present in the chamber, are operable to enable analysis of the biological fluid. The label includes information about the feature, and directly or indirectly, the spatial location of the feature within the chamber. The sample is analyzed by an analyzer utilizing the information conveyed by the label. |
