(57) [Summary]n【Task】nThe present invention provides a method for predicting pregnancy outcome in a subject by measuring the amount of an early pregnancy-associated molecular isoform of hCG in a sample. The invention further provides a method for determining the amount of an early pregnancy-associated molecular isoform of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) in a sample. The present invention also provides a diagnostic kid for determining the amount of hCG associated with early pregnancy in a sample. The present invention further provides antibodies that specifically bind to human chorionic gonadotropin-associated molecules associated with early pregnancy. Finally, the present invention provides a method for detecting trophoblast disease or non-trophoblast malignancy in a sample. |
