titleOfInvention | Molecular identification of plant seeds |
abstract | (57) [Summary]nThe present invention relates to a method for detecting guar gum in a single guar gum or a mixture of guar gum and locust bean gum. The present invention relates to a method for extracting, amplifying and then detecting the DNA of guar gum, carob gum or mixtures thereof. The plant DNA from which guar gum and locust bean gum are extracted is amplified by the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) using a conserved initiator. By utilizing the differences in the sequences of the amplification products obtained from these two plants, identification of these plants, DNA identification of guar gum in a mixture of guar gum and locust bean gum, and guar gum in the mixture only It enables the design of guar-specific PCR initiators to be detected. |
