titleOfInvention | A method for searching for a novel obligately symbiotic thermophilic bacterium Symbiobacterium shrimp SC-1 that produces thermostable L-tyrosine phenol lyase and L-tryptophan indole lyase and related microorganisms. |
abstract | (57) [Summary] The present inventors have developed a novel thermophilic symbiotic microorganism strain, Symbiobacterium toebii SC-1 (deposit number: KCTC 0685BP), which is produced from the above strain. The present invention relates to a thermostable L-tyrosine phenol lyase and a thermostable L-tryptophan indole lyase. The present invention relates to a method for culturing Symbiobacterium shrimp SC-1 alone, the growth of Symbiobacterium shrimp SC-1 showing low growth using nitrate respiration and a symbiotic bacterium similar thereto. The present invention relates to a measurement method and a method for searching for a symbiotic microorganism associated with the above strain using an antibody specific to Symbiobacterium shrimp SC-1. Therefore, the thermostable L-tyrosine phenolase and L-tryptophan indolease produced by the Symbiobacterium shrimp SC-1 of the present invention are high value-added medicinal amino acids 3,4-dihydroxy-L-phenylalanine ( L-DOPA) and L-tryptophan can be used as a more stable catalyst in an enzymatic bioconversion process for enzymatic production. |
