(57) [Summary]nThe present invention discloses a method for detecting the reactivity of blood lymphocytes to a specific antigen. First, a standard cell line containing a known HLA is enriched in vitro with lymphocytes of interest for 2 to 28 hours, and the reactivity of the lymphocytes is assessed by immunological methods. The present invention provides methods for dynamically monitoring the immunological status of a recipient after transplantation, and provides clinical data for adjusting the dose of an immunosuppressive drug given to a subject. Thus, it can improve the assessment of transplant acceptability. |
