(57) [Summary]nDisclosed is a method for producing a selectively substituted benzene derivative by using a solid phase synthesis method. In particular, the present invention provides for the use of solid-state reactions alone or in combination with post-cleavage liquid-phase derivatization to provide nitrogen-carbon, oxygen-carbon, sulfur-carbon, selenium-carbon or carbon-carbon bonds. A novel method for preparing substituted benzene derivatives containing two or three groups attached to a benzene ring is provided. |
