(57) [Summary] A method for identifying a molecule and designing a novel drug is disclosed. The disclosed novel drug design methods identify novel chemical groups that initiate the mechanism of action of the identified reactions, thereby avoiding the various structural complexity associated with structure-based drug design applications. In addition, examples of potential drugs identified by drug design methods based on this mechanism are provided. |
