abstract | (57) [Summary]nMembrane permeable phosphoinositides containing phosphatidylinositol phosphates are described. Membrane permeable phosphoinositides include groups that neutralize the charge on the phosphate moiety of the phosphoinositides. When cells are treated with the membrane permeable phosphoinositide, they are absorbed into the cells. The neutralizing group is removed inside the cell, resulting in a charged phosphoinositide. |
