Wherein R 1 and R 2 are the same or different and are selected from hydrogen, halogen, or C 1 -C 4 alkyl; R 3 is hydrogen or halogen; and B is a group of formula (1), ( Selected from the group consisting of 2), (3), (4), (5), (6), and (7), wherein R 4 , R 5 , R 7 and R 8 are each independently hydrogen or C 1 CC 4 alkyl, and R 6 is hydrogen, hydroxy, or C 1 -C 4 alkyl, provided that X and Y are not both N atoms for the same heterocycle and all X and Y Is a CH group and m is 0, R At least one of R 4 , R 5 , or R 6 is other than hydrogen, and when at least one of X and Y is other than CH, at least one of R 4 and R 5 is other than hydrogen Or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is useful as an antitumor agent.
