(57) [Summary]nA fusogenic liposome, a liposome comprising a linking moiety and a targeting moiety. The fusogenic liposome is a lipid bilayer encapsulating the contents. The linking moiety is electrostatically linked to the lipid bilayer and the targeting moiety is covalently linked to the linking moiety. Liposomes can also include a stabilizing moiety, sandwiched between the linking moiety and the targeting moiety, covalently linked to both. Alternatively, the stabilizing and targeting moieties may be covalently linked to separate linking moieties, which are electrostatically linked to the lipid bilayer. |
