It is an object of the present invention to provide a method of disinfecting bedding by using ultraviolet light and ozone, and to store and fold when storing, and to use and expand when used, which can be folded. It is an object of the present invention to provide a bedding disinfecting and disinfecting apparatus having a structure, and to provide a bedding disinfecting and disinfecting apparatus which can be easily carried and used at home and used conveniently.
