When utilized as a garment, such as an absorbent garment such as a disposable diaper or pants, the central region provides a selective longitudinal (front-to-back) extension at the wearer's crotch region, and the two end regions provide: Provides selective lateral (left and right) stretching in the front and back waist areas of the wearer.
