(57) [Summary]nThe present invention relates to a method for determining the concentration of a polymer in a spinning dope solution by measuring the propagation speed of ultrasonic sound in the solution. The method makes it possible to avoid as much variation in the present concentration as possible and is therefore very suitable for the production of fibers with certain properties. The ultrasonic device used in the present method is easier to clean, install and calibrate than other currently commercially available devices. |
