titleOfInvention Screening for target-ligand interactions
abstract (57) Abstract: The present invention provides a method for screening a target-ligand interaction using a chemical library of ligands, a chemical library of ligand itself, a method for producing a chemical library, and an action thereof. It relates to the use of chemical libraries for material development and molecular sensor development. The screening method comprises the steps of: (a) measuring at least one fluorescent property of a chemical library of position-addressable ligands immobilized on a solid phase, wherein each ligand comprises one molecular fluorescence sensor. (B) adding a target, and (c) measuring the fluorescence properties of the same chemical library as in step (a). A chemical library of position-addressable ligands immobilized on a solid phase, wherein each ligand is bound to a molecular fluorescence sensor, which is preferably between the ligand and the solid phase, and / or It is attached to the end of the ligand for the solid phase.
