(57) [Summary]nDisclosed are modified anti-angiogenic peptides. This modified peptide may form a peptidase stabilized anti-angiogenic peptide. Modified anti-angiogenic peptides, particularly modified kringle 5 peptides, can form conjugates with blood proteins. Conjugates are prepared from anti-angiogenic peptides, especially kringle 5 peptides, by combining a peptide with a reactive functional group with a blood protein. The conjugate can be formed in vivo or ex vivo. The conjugate is administered to a patient to provide an anti-angiogenic effect. |
