abstract (57) Abstract Multi-fluid sample processor (10) and high throughput chemical synthesis and biological assays and / or processing. The multi-layered fluid array (10) with microchannels, reservoir (20) and reaction wells is subjected to robotic and automated operations. A pressure pumping system is used for liquid delivery and control by the synthesis process. Micro-sized channels, apertures, and valves are adjusted to optimize liquid distribution and channel filling. Fluid sample processors (10) can be grouped together in a microtiter fashion to increase processing speed, volume and efficiency.
