titleOfInvention | Pattern forming method and color filter manufacturing method |
abstract | (57) [Problem] A method of performing patterning by a photolithography method for each of three colors of RGB, such as a dyeing method and a pigment dispersion method, has a limit in cost reduction due to a complicated process. The purpose of this proposal is to provide a high-precision stripe pattern forming method, which can respond to a demand for high definition, and enables the production of a low-cost and high-quality color filter. SOLUTION: A die formed with a front die and a rear die facing each other is provided with grooves at regular intervals on either the front die or the rear die or on both surfaces facing each other. This groove has a width of 50 to 100% of the width of the formed pattern, and has a depth of 10 μm to 200 μm. This base is arranged in close proximity to the workpiece and a striped pattern is formed by relatively moving one of the base and the stage holding the workpiece while supplying paint to the base. . |
