abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a method for measuring nail moisture, which can easily measure in an in vivo state and accurately measure an absolute amount. SOLUTION: Near-infrared rays are radiated to a plurality of claw samples with known water contents to obtain a plurality of diffuse reflection spectrum data, and a calibration curve of the water content of the claws is created. At this time, after performing a predetermined order differentiation on the plurality of diffuse reflection spectrum data, preprocessing for further performing MSC is performed to obtain corrected spectrum data, and the corrected spectrum data and known moisture content data are subjected to partial least squares. A calibration curve is created by performing statistical processing using a regression analysis method. Next, near-infrared rays are directly applied to the nail of the subject to obtain diffuse reflection spectrum data, and the moisture content of the nail is measured using a calibration curve. |
