(57) [Problem] To provide a hair protecting agent capable of imparting softness and moist feeling to hair and having a uniform hair tip from the root. SOLUTION: A cationic surfactant of a chloride type, A hair protecting agent is constituted by blending a cholesterol derivative, an amino-modified silicone, and cholesteryl hexyl dicarbamate pullulan. The compounding amount of the above-mentioned chloride type cationic surfactant is 0.1 to 1 0% by mass is preferable, the amount of the cholesterol derivative is preferably 0.1 to 5% by mass, and the amount of the amino-modified silicone is preferably 0.01 to 5% by mass. The amount of cholesterylhexyldicarbamate pullulan is preferably 0.001 to 1% by mass. |
