titleOfInvention Laser surgery corneal contact system
abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] A radius of curvature of about 8.3 mm in the front surface of the cornea To provide a system for accurately guiding the laser focus along a predetermined path in the corneal stroma, the contact lens comprising: The matching of the cornea to the lens causes minimal discomfort to the patient and does not disturb the three-dimensional architecture of the corneal lamella. As the focus advances along a path in the cornea, the laser light source selectively moves parallel to the optical axis of the cornea to control the depth of laser focus. This movement has three components: a first component z that depends on the shape of the contact lens. 1, a second component z 2 to compensate for the refraction at the surface of the contact lens, include a third component z 3 that compensates for refraction caused by the anatomical structure of the cornea.
