abstract (57) [Problem] To provide an oil seal which has a simpler structure than conventional ones, has sufficient durability, and is excellent in sealing properties. SOLUTION: An oil seal in which an oil seal fitting and a seal element mainly containing a fluororesin are adhered to each other via an adhesive layer, wherein a portion of the seal element in contact with the adhesive layer is porous. An oil seal characterized by quality.
