abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a diesel engine exhaust treatment device capable of simultaneously processing SPM and NOx or SPM, NOx and HC. SOLUTION: A zeolite of Cu cation or a mixture thereof with a hydrophobic zeolite is disposed between electrodes 2 so as to be able to ventilate, and a DC voltage and a voltage sufficient to generate electrostatic adsorption of powder on the electrodes 2 are provided. A power supply device 6 capable of applying both AC voltages of a voltage sufficient to generate plasma to the electrodes 2 is provided, and the AC voltage is applied after the DC voltage is applied, and the SPM is applied by applying the DC voltage. The captured SPM and NOx are decomposed by generating plasma.
