titleOfInvention | Polyurethane composition for calendering and synthetic resin leather using the same |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a polyurethane composition having excellent calenderability. SOLUTION: This is a polyurethane composition for calendering, characterized in that 1 to 15 parts by weight of melamine cyanurate is blended with 100 parts by weight of a resin mixture mainly composed of thermoplastic polyurethane or thermoplastic resin. As a resin mixture mainly composed of a thermoplastic resin, 50 to 95% by weight of a thermoplastic polyurethane and 50 to 95% by weight of an acrylic soft resin are used. A mixed resin consisting of 5% by weight is preferably used. It is a synthetic resin leather obtained by laminating and integrating a sheet having a Shore A hardness of 60 to 80 obtained by calendering the above-described polyurethane composition for calendering and a substrate. |
