titleOfInvention Extruded foam rubber
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a foamed rubber extruded product capable of satisfying required characteristics such as abrasion resistance and surface skin in a glass run while maintaining a foaming ratio capable of responding to a demand for weight reduction. To provide. A foamed rubber extruded product (vulcanized product) is obtained by substantially extruding an ethylene α-olefin-based rubber as a raw material rubber and extruding with a foamed rubber compound of a pyrolytic foaming agent formulation. The extruded rubber foam has physical properties such as an expansion ratio of 1.05 to 1.55, an average cell diameter of 110 μm or less, and an average skin layer thickness of 130 μm or more.
