titleOfInvention Method for producing 7-hydroxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline and N-acetylated product thereof
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide 7-hydroxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline and its N-acetylated compound useful as an intermediate drug product from 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline. Provide a good manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A step of nitrating 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline to produce 7-nitro-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline, and reducing the obtained nitro compound to give 7-amino- A method for producing 7-hydroxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline comprising a step of producing 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline and a step of diazotizing / hydrolyzing the obtained amino compound; A method for producing N-acetyl-7-hydroxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline, comprising a step of further acetylating hydroxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline.
