A fine pattern such as an arrayed fine pattern is formed on the surface of a cylindrical matrix having the same outer diameter as the outer diameter of the roller, and using this matrix, an electroforming method or a ceramic shell molding method is used. This is a cylindrical mold in which the pattern formed on the matrix is transferred to the inner surface of the cylinder.
