SOLUTION: Processed fish food characterized by containing orbital adipose tissue of tuna and normal meat located around the middle bone, the head of washed tuna and the central bone of washed tuna After each boil, an orbital adipose tissue and ordinary meat located around the medial bone are collected, and the orbital adipose tissue and the ordinary meat are mixed and molded to provide a method for producing a processed fish food.
