abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a battery device which is small enough to have a resistor such as a discriminating resistor or a thermistor without having to secure an occupied volume. A battery device includes a battery main body having a built-in power storage element, resistors 4, 5 such as an identification resistor and a thermistor connected to the battery main body 2, and a substrate on which the resistor is mounted. Wherein the resistor is formed as a film on the substrate 3. Here, the material of the film may be a resistance material, and various kinds of materials such as metal, carbon, and metal oxide can be applied. The film thickness is usually 1 μm to 200 μm, preferably 5 μm to 100 μm.
