abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an antireflection film which can be formed accurately and uniformly so that the thickness of the antireflection layer of the antireflection film becomes a target value by a coating film forming method, and To provide an antireflection film having little reflection and coloring. SOLUTION: In the method for producing an antireflection film by coating on a base film to be continuously transferred, two or more adjacent antireflection layers having different refractive indices are formed on the base film by coating and drying. The reflectance of the above two wavelengths set within the visible light wavelength region with respect to the laminated anti-reflection layer after the formation of each layer is measured by an on-line reflectance measurement device, and calculated by comparing with the target value reflectance. The result is fed back to the coating film thickness adjusting system to control each coating condition of each antireflection layer. |
